Client Support That Goes Beyond the Standard
Crown is committed to setting employees up for success by clearly communicating job expectations and providing access to the resources they need. This proactive approach helps prevent issues between employees and clients. However, if concerns do arise, we have a well-established engagement model in place to address them promptly and effectively.
As part of this approach, we highly value client feedback and strive to exceed expectations in every interaction. In the event of issues with an assignment or contract personnel, we request that our clients promptly notify their HR Generalist. In the event an escalation is imperative, clients are given an issue acceleration contact list, up to and including the Owner of Crown. When necessary, we conduct thorough and discreet investigations, provide additional training, reassign the employee to another position, or terminate if appropriate.
Communication: We take a hands-on, tiered approach to client support, ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and effective resolution of any issues related to contingent labor. Our documented processes and policies guarantee consistent handling across all locations.
Our support framework includes weekly performance meetings, one-on-one sessions, comprehensive HR meetings, on-call availability, an open-door policy, a dedicated reporting email, thorough investigations, and close collaboration with clients. We always welcome communication and feedback from our clients to continuously improve our services.
Site HR Support Model: Regardless of the service delivery model—on-site support, remote, or hybrid—all accounts have on-demand access to a dedicated HR Generalist. This role, detailed further in Question 1, involves a highly trained HR professional who provides immediate support for recruiting, employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, workers’ compensation, and other key HR functions. Their on-site or virtual presence enables them to respond swiftly and build strong relationships with both client leadership and employees.
Regional HR Management: Each site benefits from the expertise of one or more Regional HR Managers—seasoned professionals who excel in handling complex matters such as investigations, compliance oversight, and strategic HR advisement. They ensure seamless alignment with client policies and employment regulations, providing invaluable support and guidance.
Corporate Client Care Team: For escalated issues or broader strategic needs, our Corporate Client Care Team is available to provide additional support. This team includes a skilled HR Compliance Director, equipped to handle complex inquiries, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. If clients remain unsatisfied with any services provided, concerns regarding individuals, etc., they will always have the contact information of our Owner, who maintains an open door policy for all of our clients.
