Our Story
History
Crown Staffing Solutions was founded in 2016 in Dearborn, Michigan, with a simple but important goal: to ensure long-term staffing employees receive the same support and benefits as traditional employees, including access to PTO, holiday pay, health insurance and supplemental insurances.

What began as a local effort has grown into a nationwide operation, fueled by a people-first approach. Today, we continue to build lasting partnerships with organizations and individuals across the country, helping thousands find meaningful work each year.
